Emmanuel directed by Lal Jose after the well received ”Ayalum Njanum Thammil”, will have Mammootty playing Emmanuel, a worker in a publishing firm. Film also has Fahad Faasil in a pivotal role, while Reena Mathew will play the better half of Mammootty.
Film is produced by S. George for Play House. For the story of Pradeep Nair, it is A.C. Vijeesh, the script writer. The film also has Mukesh, Salim Kumar, Aparna Nair, Devi Ajith and Guinness Pakru in other pivotal roles. Emmanuel concentrate on the life of a publish firm worker, who left to face the odds when the firm is closed. And how he and his family sail past the tough time will be the core in Emmanuel.
Afzal Yusuf will be seen again with his melodious songs and background score in a Mammootty film after “1993 Bombay, March 12″. Already Emmanuel’s songs are well received for the lyrics of Rafeeq Ahamad.
Mammootty will be eying the success of his Bavuttiyude Naamthil and Kammath & Kammath.
