100 Degrees Celsius: Malayalam’s First Two Part Movie

Rakesh Mohan’s female centric film which originally titled Mirror went for a name change with a two part movie. Film will be titled 100 Degrees Celsius Part1 and Part2. Apparently this will be Malayalam’s first of its kind, a two part film.
Where we do have films like CBI Diarikuruppukal, Ramji Rao Speaking which has a second part. However unlike these films 100 Degrees Celsius will have same story line. From where the film ends in the first part will be the start for the second.
Film has a stellar cast with the likes of Lakshmi Rai, Meghana Raj, Shwetha Menon, Gauthami Nair and Bhama in the lead. According to the director they originally thought for a single film, however at the end of scripting film will be a too long for one movie. Then they decided to split the film into two parts. However director insist that the first part will be a full movie with a proper climax. Second part will need audience to watch the first part for understanding it.
The second part will also has Telugu/ Tamil hero Shaam, and actress Radhika Apte in the lead. While the film may shot some necessary scenes for the second part while shooting for the first part itself, still the rest of the movie will be on
ly shoot after six month of the first part release, sighting the dates of the actors involved.
